New partnership with Massachusetts Digital Service

Bloom Works has been selected to provide experience research and design services alongside the Massachusetts Digital Service. We're thrilled to partner with an organization that centers the people they serve to create more equitable services, values that align perfectly with Bloom's mission.

This partnership gives us the opportunity to work on impactful projects like:

• Designing accessible single sign-on experiences for MyMass.gov
  Improving content and conversational interactions with AI-powered agents
• Creating holistic solutions for complex life experiences spanning multiple agencies.
• Contributing to the Commonwealth's design system that ensures consistent, accessible experiences for all Massachusetts residents
